How we pick you up?
Our Driver will hold a Sign Board with Your Name written on it, at your Hotel or outside the arrival hall. NEVER accept a ride with anyone who does not know your name and your itinerary. Please DOUBLE CHECK your booking with the driver to avoid taxi scams.

Does the driver speak English?

I did not receive my booking confirmation?
Our system sent to you confirmation automatically when you did the payment. If you do not see it, please check your Spam Box, probably it goes there. If no, please let me know and i will send it to you again.

I can’t find my route. What can I do?
We can organize private transfer everywhere in sri lanka. But at the moment not all routes are in our booking form. If you can not find the route you need please. Contact Us with your transfer details and we will arrange it for you.

There is no necessary vehicle type. What can I do?
We can provide vehicles for up to 45 passangers. If there is no necessary vehicle or if you have doubts regarding the vehicle type, you may send us a request. We will find vehicle type according to your request.

Is it necessary to book child seats if I am traveling with children?
When you are booking your transfer, you may order child seats and your driver will install it for safety purpose. But in sri lanka there is no rules that obligates to use a child seat. So most of transportation companies have just several of it. If you need a child seat please book it at least 5-7 days before your transfer. You can write the Additional Message during your online booking or just use Contact Us form.

Will I be able to change the data in my order?
Yes, the order changes will be made for free, but no later than 1-2 days before the trip. Contact Us to make changes.

If the flight is delayed?
As soon as you know that your flight is delayed, please contact us with your booking number and new time of arrival. Price covers maximum 2 hours from your booked landing time. Although our driver will be waiting for you regardless how late your flight is or how long it takes to clear custom. You will be asked to pay 3500 LKR (10 US$) for every hour of delay past the second (ex: booked landing time: 18:00 -> you meet the driver at 20:55 -> you will have to pay him 3500 LKR)

The driver couldn't meet me in the airport. What should I do?
Please, check the nameplates once more, it’s probably that the driver was absent for a while when you were coming from the arrival area. Wait 10 minutes more and if you still do not see your driver just contact us via our HotLine +94 76 263 0208

The driver couldn't meet me in the Hotel. What should I do?
Most streets in the big cities of sri lanka are very narrow. it’s possible that the driver is late due to the traffic or there is no place to stop for a long time near your pick up place so he have to do one more circle to stop again for a short period. Or sometimes Traffic Police stopped him for checking documents. We will do all our best to notify you if driver is late a little. Wait 15 minutes more and if you still did not meet your driver please contact us with our HotLine +94 76 263 0208

Is the price for the car or per passenger?
The price is for the car. It doesn’t depend on the number of passengers. Each vehicle type is provided with passenger and standard luggage capacity information.

Should I pay for waiting time in the airport?
The price covers maximum 2 hours from your booked landing time. Although our driver will be waiting for you regardless how late your flight is or how long it takes to clear custom. You will be asked to pay 3500 LKR (10 US$) for every hour of delay past the second (ex: booked landing time: 18:00 -> you meet the driver at 20:55 -> you will have to pay him 3500 LKR). But 2 hours is more than enough if you arrives in time.
